Is This You? Who Footprint Serves…

I offer products and services only for new and emerging leaders.

Most Footprint clients are emerging leaders in organizations across many industries. Usually those individuals are between the ages of 35 and 50. They would describe themselves as “go-getters” and may have been identified by the organization they work for as someone “with potential.”

They typically have a promising (but shorter) track record of success they want to build on. They are considering a bigger role in the company or have just landed one. They may be juggling their career with the needs of a young family, yet they are still thirsty for challenging, rewarding opportunities – if they can balance it with outside commitments.

All my clients are bright, energetic and eager to have interesting and fulfilling careers.

What’s MISSING is the ability to get to that next level without sacrificing personal commitments.

You are serious about building a rewarding career but don’t want to be consumed by it either. It’s not that you’re afraid of hard work, just the opposite; you simply have other priorities as well. You want to be paid what you’re worth because you’re working smarter, not longer.

You sometimes question your ability to produce bigger results, despite your success to date. You may be wondering why everyone else seems to have it together while you usually feel as though you’re flying by the seat of your pants. Strong desire to contribute – It's not just about the money, but about making a difference with those you work with, and for.

Deep respect for yourself and others – You measure the results you achieve by what you had to give up to get them.

Great sense of humour – You don’t have to be a comedian, but an ability to look at the lighter side of life makes the journey so much easier and productive.
